Always a great experience! MVPs are the best!

Zero Common Sense. Checked in for specific stylist, her and the other lady finished up within a few seconds of each other. My stylist took next first available and other lady took a kid that checked in after me because he was "first available". Makes zero sense that they are that guided by " technology". Shy has always done well with my hair, but you have lost a customer that was willing to pay too much for a hair cut.
